Mundo Arjona® Terms of Service These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Website https://www.mundoarjona.com/, https://membresia.mundoarjona.com, App Ricardo Arjona https://ricardoarjona.com/, Store Mundo Arjona https://www.mundoarjona.com, and the Ricardo Arjona App on the App Store and Google Play (hereinafter "Mundo Arjona") by users (hereinafter "the User," "Member," "You," or "Your") and their relationship with: Be Smart Mobile LLC (operating as "Mundo Arjona®") located at 31 NE 17th St., Miami, Florida, USA. Agreement: (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully as they affect your rights and responsibilities under the law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Website or any of the services offered under the Mundo Arjona® brand. Service Description: Mundo Arjona now offers users a monthly membership for $7.99 USD with automatic renewal, providing access to a digital platform with exclusive audiovisual content from the artist Ricardo Arjona, as well as unique experiences and benefits for members. By subscribing to Mundo Arjona, you will receive a card with a unique code identifying you as an official member, granting you access to various benefits, including but not limited to: Priority purchase for unforgettable events Pre-sale access to unique experiences Enjoy the show like a VIP fan: access to the VIP Lounge with limited spots. All of Mundo Arjona in one app, access to Ricardo Arjona’s entire discography and more. Possibility to acquire complimentary tickets, subject to availability. Exclusive discounts on official merchandise You are a candidate to experience something unique and many surprises. Mundo Arjona also organizes exclusive events called "Experiences," held occasionally and limitedly, depending on the venue capacities and conditions where the concerts are held. The organization and management of these experiences will be handled by the Mundo Arjona operational team and are subject to availability. Access to tickets for these events or any experience will depend on ticket availability and other specific conditions detailed on our platform. 2.1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SPECIAL EVENT PRE-SALE Mundo Arjona® offers active subscribers the opportunity to participate in the pre-sale of special events, which may or may not feature the presence of Ricardo Arjona and may be publicly presented under alternative names, without implying any change to the concept, terms, and conditions of the experience. Users can reserve their spot from the website: experiencias.mundoarjona.com. The event will have limited capacity in accordance with the regulations of the venue where it takes place. The experience is only available to active members of Mundo Arjona® and may require an additional ticket fee apart from the subscription, as established by the organization to participate in the experience. If general ticket sales are enabled, a maximum of four (4) tickets may be purchased per transaction. The organizer may charge a Service Fee if deemed necessary. The ticket purchase will only be considered approved once the payment has been accepted and credited to the organizer’s account. The buyer may NOT request a cancellation or refund for their purchase. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production is not responsible for the transportation of attendees to the event venue. Mundo Arjona® and/or the artist are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the event date. The user accepts these terms and conditions once they have processed the payment for their ticket purchase. If general ticket sales are opened for any of these special events, an exclusive pre-sale for active Mundo Arjona® members with a valid membership card will be enabled at the time of the pre-sale. Pre-sale conditions will be notified to active members via the email registered to their Mundo Arjona® account and Mundo Arjona® social media, indicating dates and conditions. Notifications may also be sent through the unique code card that identifies you as a Mundo Arjona® member. Ticket availability for the pre-sale is limited, and purchasing a ticket during pre-sale does not guarantee entry once tickets are sold out. If the purchase is not completed within the pre-sale period, the member must wait until general sales open to try to acquire tickets. 2.2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MUNDO ARJONA® COURTESY TICKETS Mundo Arjona® offers active subscribers the opportunity to obtain, upon request on the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com, a courtesy ticket to attend one of the artist’s shows. Each show has a limited stock of courtesy tickets, and once that limit is reached, the experience is considered Sold Out, providing the user with the option to purchase tickets through other official event methods. Users with an active Mundo Arjona® membership may obtain up to one (1) courtesy ticket per active membership period (hereinafter referred to as the “courtesy ticket”), according to the following method: up to one ticket per redemption. 2.1. Users must access the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com to redeem their courtesy ticket; this redemption will not be the official entry ticket to the show but rather proof that the seat was successfully secured. The dates and times available for redeeming the ticket will be communicated through our user contact channels (email, website, and social media). 2.2. Users must choose the show’s date and city of preference and submit their request for access through the website. 2.3. The system will validate the user's subscription status to approve or deny the transaction. 2.4. If conditions are met, the redemption will be approved, and users will be notified via the email registered with their Mundo Arjona® subscription. 2.5. After the courtesy ticket redemption process, the official ticket for entry to the show will be issued. The courtesy ticket will be sent to the email registered with the user’s Mundo Arjona® account or from the official ticketing service of the event venue. Each courtesy ticket delivery may follow either of these two methods, depending on the city, venue, and event organization. Mundo Arjona® acquires courtesy tickets for each show through the official producers and ticketing services of the venues where the artist Ricardo Arjona’s shows take place. Therefore, once the Mundo Arjona team receives or activates the official tickets for entry to the show, they will be sent promptly via any of the previously mentioned methods to members who have successfully redeemed their courtesy tickets. The user understands and accepts that courtesy ticket delivery times are subject to this clause. Courtesy tickets are limited. Users who correctly complete the redemption process on the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com (provided availability exists) will access the courtesy ticket benefit. It is important to note that if the user has already redeemed an experience during their membership period, the system will not allow them to redeem another ticket within the same membership period. This mechanism aims to ensure that all Mundo Arjona® members have the opportunity to access benefits, including courtesy tickets and experiences offered during the subscription period. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production is not responsible for the transportation of attendees to the concert venue. Mundo Arjona® and/or the artist are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the concert date. Courtesy tickets may be available for shows on the artist Ricardo Arjona’s tour; however, they are subject to availability. Mundo Arjona® does not guarantee that courtesy tickets will be available for all cities or tour dates, and access to them will depend on ticket availability for each specific event. 2.3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: VIP LOUNGE Mundo Arjona® offers active subscribers the opportunity to participate in a VIP Lounge experience in their city. This experience provides access to a hospitality area before the show, where fans can enjoy an exclusive moment. Subscribers may reserve their spot for this experience through the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com. The number of participants allowed for this experience will depend on the venue’s capacity, the city, the date of the show, and the experiences authorized by the establishment, as well as the decisions of the Mundo Arjona® team. If the VIP Lounge experience is canceled or rescheduled for reasons beyond the control of Mundo Arjona® and/or the event producer, efforts will be made to notify subscribers as far in advance as possible. Participants in the VIP Lounge experience cannot request cancellation or a refund for the purchase of this experience. The experience DOES NOT INCLUDE access to the concert. Subscribers awarded this experience must have their own concert ticket, which is purchased separately. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production team is not responsible for the transportation of participants to the concert venue or for any incidents that may occur at the venue on the day of the show or during the experience-related activities. By submitting the reservation form for the experience, the user accepts these terms and conditions. 2.4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SOUND CHECK Mundo Arjona® offers active members the opportunity to participate in the "Sound Check" experience. During this experience, Mundo Arjona® members can attend the Sound Check process held before the selected show. Experiences like this one are occasional and may not be available in all cities. If it is held, members will be notified in advance. Users can reserve their spot through the website: experiencias.mundoarjona.com. The event will have limited capacity according to the regulations of the venue where it is held. The invitation to the event does not include access to the concert. If users wish to attend the concert, they must purchase an entry ticket through any authorized means. The experience is available exclusively for members and may have an additional cost depending on agreements with the venue and the event format, which may vary by city, show venue, and overall event organization. Only one (1) spot per user with a verified active membership may be reserved. The organizer may charge a Service Fee if deemed necessary. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production is not responsible for transporting attendees to the event venue. Mundo Arjona® and/or the artist are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the event date. By submitting their reservation request, the user accepts these terms and conditions. 2.5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MEETUPS Mundo Arjona® offers active subscribers the opportunity to participate in events called "Meetups." These are themed gatherings of fans who are active members of Mundo Arjona, where they gather to share experiences, stories, and activities inspired by the artist Ricardo Arjona. "Meetups" may take place with or without the presence of the artist and musicians. Users can reserve their spot through the website: experiencias.mundoarjona.com. Only one (1) spot per user with a verified active membership may be reserved. Once the reservation spots for active Mundo Arjona® members are filled, the organization may sell access tickets to the event for interested attendees who are not members of Mundo Arjona. Up to a maximum of four (4) tickets per transaction may be purchased, provided it does not exceed the event's total capacity. Payment methods and ticket prices for entry will be set by Mundo Arjona® and the event’s organization. Buyers of these tickets CANNOT request a cancellation or refund for their purchase. Whether access to the event through membership redemption or ticket purchase includes food, drinks, or refreshments will depend on agreements with the venue authorized to host the event and the internal organization of the Mundo Arjona® team. The event will have limited capacity according to the regulations of the venue where it is held. The experience is available to all members. Redeeming an experience spot DOES NOT INCLUDE access to the concert. Purchasing a Meetup ticket does not include entry to any of the concerts. Ticket purchasers must present themselves at the specified location, showing proof or confirmation of ticket purchase to gain entry. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production team is not responsible for transporting attendees to the event venue. Mundo Arjona® and/or the artist are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the event date. By submitting their reservation request for a spot, the user accepts these terms and conditions. 2.6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MUNDO ARJONA® STAFF EXPERIENCE Mundo Arjona® offers active members the opportunity to participate in the “Mundo Arjona® Staff Experience.” This experience allows fans to be involved in the organization and logistical support of the artist's shows alongside the actual Mundo Arjona team. Interested users must apply to participate in this experience through the form provided on the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com. The number of participants in the experience will be determined based on the city, show date, experiences authorized by the venue, and decisions made by the Mundo Arjona® team. The system will validate the subscription status of each user to approve or deny the application. The organization will select a set number of winners per concert, along with one or two alternates, based on established criteria. The experience DOES NOT INCLUDE concert access. Participants chosen for this experience must have already secured a ticket to the show independently of this experience. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production is not responsible for the transportation of participants to the concert venue. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event venue are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the concert date or while fulfilling the assigned tasks. By submitting their application form for the experience, the user accepts these terms and conditions. 2.7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BACKSTAGE TOUR Mundo Arjona® offers active members the opportunity to participate in a Backstage Tour in the selected city. This experience provides fans with a behind-the-scenes tour, including work areas, technical equipment, and/or production meetings. The availability of this experience depends on the feasibility of its execution. Users can reserve their spot through the website experiencias.mundoarjona.com. The number of participants allowed will be determined based on the city, show date, experiences authorized by the venue, and decisions made by the Mundo Arjona® team. The experience DOES NOT INCLUDE concert access. Participants awarded this experience must have already secured a concert ticket independently of this experience, and it may be required that, upon completion of the experience, they exit the venue to re-enter with the general audience according to each venue’s security policies. Mundo Arjona®, the artist, or the event production team is not responsible for the transportation of attendees to the concert venue. Mundo Arjona®, the production team, the venue, and/or the artist are not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at the venue on the concert date or during the experience. By submitting their application form for the experience, the user accepts these terms and conditions. If the user arrives later than the indicated time, the experience cannot be repeated, as it is a one-time event scheduled precisely before the concert. 2.8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: OFFICIAL MUNDO ARJONA® MERCH Mundo Arjona® may offer Official Merch from the exclusive Mundo Arjona brand, available for purchase by fan community members. If this Official Merch is released, Mundo Arjona® may apply special discounts or provide gifts to members with an active card, as an exclusive benefit for being part of the artist’s fan community. These discounts and/or gifts will be applied according to the specific conditions of each promotion and will be communicated through Mundo Arjona®'s official channels. The availability and sale of products at the artist’s shows may vary depending on each city and/or country where the shows are held. Additionally, Official Merch may also be sold through the official Mundo Arjona® store, with availability and shipping subject to the logistical conditions of each city and/or country. 3. SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL These terms and conditions set the subscription policies applicable to all users who purchase a membership, products, or services through any of our platforms (Website, Ricardo Arjona App, Mundo Arjona Store). Your subscription to our membership, accessed via the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, or Mundo Arjona Store, includes registration for a payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the indicated billing period, unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation instructions detailed below, with no penalties or additional charges for early cancellation. The payment will be applied to the payment method you selected upon confirming the subscription and at the start of each new billing period unless you cancel it in a timely manner. The billing period corresponds to the time interval between each recurring billing date, depending on your subscription duration. To check your next billing date, log in to your account at https://membresia.mundoarjona.com/account and review the details in the "Subscription" section. 4. ACCEPTANCE By creating an account, watching videos, making a purchase, downloading any branded applications we offer, posting on the fan chat wall enabled in the Ricardo Arjona App, or engaging in any other interaction, visit, or use of any Mundo Arjona® Service, the user agrees to this Agreement and consents to contract with us electronically. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and any modifications will be duly notified via an announcement on the Website and other contact channels. It is your responsibility to check for such modifications. The modifications will apply to the use of the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, and Mundo Arjona Store once the announcement has been made. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should not continue using our services. If you continue using any of our services after the effective date of the modification, your use of the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, or Mundo Arjona Store indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms. Additionally, the user confirms and accepts that we are not responsible for modifications or withdrawals, temporary or permanent, of any posts the user makes through the interaction channels enabled for fans on our digital platforms created under the Mundo Arjona® brand. You may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting your account through our support channel at contacto@mundoarjona.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach the terms of this Agreement. If Mundo Arjona deletes your account due to a breach, you will not be able to register again. ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE MUNDO ARJONA WEBSITE, RICARDO ARJONA APP, MUNDO ARJONA STORE, AND ANY OTHER PRODUCT DEVELOPED AND OFFERED BY MUNDO ARJONA. 5. SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY You can modify your personal registration information and check this information at any time from your account settings once you have logged in. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for a new period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription by accessing your Mundo Arjona account at membresia.mundoarjona.com/account via the "Cancel" button or by contacting our support channel at contacto@mundoarjona.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will have access to the service until then. We do not provide refunds or credit for unused billing periods. Service fees for services effectively provided by Mundo Arjona will not be refunded to the customer under any circumstances, even in cases of suspension, cancellation, or event rescheduling. 6. CONTRIBUTION TO THE ADENTRO FOUNDATION By purchasing a Mundo Arjona® membership, fans are contributing to the Adentro Foundation, a non-profit organization created by the artist Ricardo Arjona. The Adentro Foundation works to improve education and access to opportunities for children and young people in disadvantaged communities, promoting a comprehensive learning environment and the development of educational projects. By being part of Mundo Arjona®, fans contribute to the foundation's mission, helping make a difference in the lives of those most in need. 7. REGISTRATION You guarantee that the personal information requested during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects, and that you are not impersonating any other person or entity. Products or services purchased on any of the Mundo Arjona® platforms are for private, personal use only and are not for resale. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by sending a message to contacto@mundoarjona.com. 8. PRIVACY POLICY We will treat all your information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://membresia.mundoarjona.com/privacy). When you make a purchase on our Website, Ricardo Arjona App, or Mundo Arjona Store, we will request certain personal information to identify you, such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, credit card details, or other payment information. We confirm that we will store this information in compliance with our registration with the Data Commissioner's office. PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY To ensure that your credit, debit, or charge card is not used without your consent, we will validate the name, address, and other personal information you provide during the ordering process by verifying it against third-party databases. We take online fraud risk very seriously. Given the high volume of credit card fraud, we take all necessary steps to ensure that all orders are carefully reviewed using the information you provide. We may contact you for additional security verifications and kindly ask for your cooperation to complete these additional checks. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize us to carry out these verifications. By performing these checks, the personal information you provide may be disclosed to a Credit Reference Agency, which may retain a record of that information. We assure you that this is solely to confirm your identity, and no credit check is conducted, so your credit rating remains unaffected. All information you provide will be securely handled and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 10. COMPLIANCE The Mundo Arjona Website, Ricardo Arjona App, and Mundo Arjona Store may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules regarding Mundo Arjona® and your use of it. You agree not to introduce or transmit through any of the aforementioned platforms any computer virus or other harmful element designed to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer; nor any material that is defamatory, offensive, or obscene in nature. 11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS For our customers' convenience, the Website, App, and Store may include links to other websites or materials that are beyond our control. For your information, we are not responsible for those websites or materials, nor do we review or endorse them. We will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or content of such websites, nor for any damages, losses, or breaches caused or alleged to be caused in connection with the use or reliance on any advertising, content, products, materials, or services available on such websites or external resources. 12. PURCHASES All purchases are subject to acceptance and availability. If the requested goods are out of stock, a similar product meeting your selected specifications will be provided. Any order you place online will be treated as an offer to purchase our tangible or intangible goods. We reserve the right to reject any of your offers at any time. You agree that any automatic order acknowledgment you receive from us does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products and services from our website. A contract between you as the user and us will be established either (i) when we charge your debit or credit card or other authorized payment methods, or (ii) when we dispatch the tangible or intangible goods purchased. We will make every effort, within our capacity, to keep your order and payment details secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may incur if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering on the Website, App, or Store. Products or services purchased through any of the Mundo Arjona® platforms may not be resold or distributed. You are limited to purchasing up to a maximum of 10 units of the same item. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend user accounts if we believe the purchased items violate this clause or are unavailable. You are responsible for goods purchased once they have been delivered to the email address you provided when placing the order. We do not accept responsibility if you provided an incorrect email address. If you wish to update an incorrect email address, please contact us at contacto@mundoarjona.com. 13. DELIVERY The delivery of purchases made through any of the Mundo Arjona platforms (Website, App, Store) will be governed according to the purchase details at the time of acquisition and in accordance with the product/service obtained. For tangible goods: Merchandise products will be available for pickup at our stand in the city selected by the buyer. For tickets or event entries: They will be sent via email, either through ticketing platforms or as attached tickets via email. 14. RIGHT OF PURCHASE CANCELLATION Once the purchase of tickets or experiences has been accepted and payment has been made, refunds or cancellations of the purchase cannot be requested. The user may only request a cancellation and refund of the cost if the event is permanently canceled (without rescheduling) by the producer and/or event organizer. If an event date changes for any reason, the entry ticket to the show or experience will remain valid for the final date set and informed by the organizer. Rescheduling the event does not entitle the user to request a refund of the purchase value. Service fees for services effectively provided by Mundo Arjona® will not be refunded under any circumstances. 15. PRICE AND PAYMENT All prices displayed on the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, and Mundo Arjona Store are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are accurate at the time they are entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (please note that these changes will not affect orders for which you have already received a Shipping Confirmation). Payment may be made using any commonly accepted credit or debit card for international payments. If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to attempt to reprocess the payment within 48 hours. If you do not want us to attempt to reprocess the payment, you must cancel your order in advance. You confirm that the credit or debit card you use is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines or does not authorize payment for any reason, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order. If discount codes are enabled, they will be governed strictly by the terms and conditions under which they are created, including eligibility for their use and a maximum order value. Please familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions before placing an order, as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with them, even if a charge has been made to your credit or debit card. If there is any inconsistency between the discount code terms and these Terms and Conditions, the discount code terms will prevail. CAPACITY TO PURCHASE To purchase tangible or intangible goods on the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, or Mundo Arjona Store and to enter into contracts lawfully, you must: Be at least 18 years old if you are an individual. Register with your real name, address, phone number, email address, and any other requested information. By offering to purchase goods and services, you confirm that you are an adult and authorize us to transmit the information (including updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including, but not limited to, your credit or debit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain initial credit card authorization, and authorize individual purchase transactions. 17. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY The content of Mundo Arjona® is protected by copyright, trademarks, databases, and other intellectual and industrial property rights, and you acknowledge that the material contained and provided as part of the Website, Ricardo Arjona App, and Mundo Arjona Store is owned by us or our licensors. Under appropriate circumstances and as defined by the Mundo Arjona® organization, we will terminate the accounts of individuals who violate these policies. 18. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS We disclaim any liability in connection with the following: Incompatibility of the Website with any of your equipment, software, or telecommunications links. Technical issues, including errors or interruptions on the Website. Unsuitability, lack of reliability, or inaccuracies of the Website to fulfill your purchasing requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for consequential or incidental damages (terms that include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy, and loss of data) or any other indirect, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from or related to any of the Mundo Arjona® platforms. 19. PROHIBITED TECHNICAL MEASURES You agree not to: Except as authorized by law or as permitted by us, extract, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, alter, archive, or disassemble any part of the Mundo Arjona® or Be Smart Mobile LLC Service; nor attempt to circumvent any of our security, speed limitations, filtering, or digital rights management measures; Send any malicious program, script, or code; Send an unreasonable number of requests to our servers; Take any other action to manipulate, interfere with, or harm the Mundo Arjona® or Be Smart Mobile LLC Service. 20. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT These terms and conditions establish a binding arbitration agreement between you and Be Smart (the "Arbitration Agreement"). In this Arbitration Agreement, you agree to: Arbitrate all claims related to the Be Smart Service. Waive your right to a jury trial. Waive any right to proceed collectively in arbitration or otherwise. The exclusive means to resolve any dispute or claim arising from or related to this Agreement (including any alleged breach of it) or your use of Be Smart Mobile LLC (Mundo Arjona) will be BINDING ARBITRATION administered by JAMS in accordance with its Simplified Arbitration Rules and Procedures, modified by our Arbitration Procedures. Arbitration provides a private dispute resolution process that is typically faster and less formal than litigation. In arbitration, your rights will be determined by a neutral third party called an arbitrator, rather than by a judge or jury. Both you and Be Smart have the right to fundamentally fair proceedings at all stages of arbitration, including the hearing (if applicable). The arbitrator will decide all matters related to the dispute, including the issue of arbitrability, and may award any relief that a court might award. The arbitrator's decisions are enforceable in court and may only be overturned by a court for very limited reasons. 21.
